Sand Pebbles 02 is a very neat double-story self-catering holiday apartment in a small complex across the road from the beach and has amazing views of the ocean.
This unit can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom upstairs (bath and shower) with the bedrooms and a guest toilet downstairs. 2 of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are located downstairs in an open-plan layout. The kitchen is well equipped including 2 fridge/freezers, an ice machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area is air-conditioned and contains a smart TV with full DSTV, Netflix and Wi-Fi, all of which are connected to an inverter to keep them on during loadshedding.
The unit opens onto a covered patio with outdoor furniture and spectacular sea views. There is a built-in braai and a weber braai for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The fully fenced perimeter is monitored by CCTV cameras and there is a motorised remote controlled gate for access onto the property
